NOW AVAILABLE IN A BOOK Dreamland is set in Margate, a seaside resort town in south-east England that has seen great highs and lows. The series covers themes of regeneration and nostalgia. The hotels, boarding houses and schools have been converted into bedsits with a cacophony of doorbells in varying states of disrepair - the images have been matched with the original text of classified ads declaring the buildings' former lives as thriving businesses.
